Check out the system at www.mytenniscenter.com.

Lots of players, nice functionality, but not "internationalized". The
system was designed for the US market and uses the US zip code and
google maps api, so the zip code is required, making international
deployment not possible.

For something that would work in your market, check out
www.tennismates.com - their founder, Scott Bruno, is also a tennis
player and custom developer, so he may be able to customize something
for you.
