Hi Bob, sounds like an exciting time for your operation. My only suggesting
would be reaching out to community organizations that are more diverse;
perhaps Boys&Girls Clubs, etc.

I bet a great source of info would be Karlyn Lothery, who is Chief Diversity
Officer of the USTA.

If there is a Diversity web page on usta.com, it's buried, but search
"diversity" on their site and you'll find a "Diversity Newsletter Archive"
and some other info.
