Re: Tennis club promotions
And another suggestion... set up a MySpace profile for your club.
Love it or hate it, that's where your youth audience is likely
spending their time. There are dozens of tennis groups on MySpace,
one with 10,000+ members. We set up a mini-site for Tennis Server
there last week and the response has been pretty good. You can look
at it at http://www.myspace.com/tennisserver, even if you don't have
a MySpace account.
We use it to post bulletins almost everyday about tennis stuff that
doesn't fit into our normal editorial content. You can also use it to
search for folks in your local area that have indicated an interest
in tennis on their profile, and you can post events and such. It is
all free to use, but it can consume a lot of time if you let it.
