Here are a few questions I've received recently at Tennis Server that
I can't answer myself. Does anyone have any suggestions?
QUESTION 1:
I have a problem with a Head Ti Fire racquet
(in-shaft vibration dampener broken)
and I can't find their return address.
Even on their website, the "contact" server
has been down for a while.
Any idea who I should contact for a return ?
QUESTION 2:
I have downloaded the rules of the game and the code
of tennis as well. The literature has helped me very
much in my officiating class of lawn tennis. I am
wondering if by any chance you happen to have a book
or any literature regarding the officials involved in
a tennis match particularly their duties and
responsibilities.
Like for example what hand signals to expect from the
linesmen compared to the service line judge.
I have searched our library for materials, but have
always ended with only the rules of the game. Maybe
you could help me out once more on this problem of
mine.
QUESTION 3:
Our USTA Team captains are giving an awards dinner for the team. I would
like to write a kind of roast for them, about them. Do you know of any
form for this type of roast. Any ideas would be appreciated.
QUESTION 4:
I have been trying to find a producer of wooden tennis post.
Could you give some assistance to find it?
QUESTION 5:
I am a volunteer coordinator at a public tennis facility in Gainesville,
Florida. One of my tasks is to promote tennis as a viable outlet for the
energies of young people as well as a great exercise program for adults.
Now I am looking for more ideas I can present in my "sales pitch", although
I've got nothing to sell, to develop more interest in tennis, with both
youngsters and adults.
I would appreciate it if you would give me some leads to articles from
which I can get more selling points.
QUESTION 6:
I need to find some plans on how to build an umpires chair. Can you help me?
