Re: returning a racquet

You have to call Head/Penn for an RA # before you can return the item. Just
call the regular phone number for ordering new stock (sorry, I only have that
number at work and I'm at home). I understand that there have been many
returns of these in-shaft vibration dampeners in the past months. They
should give you no problem in the return. It seems I remember a Columbia MD
address for those returns once you do get the RA number. Good luck.
