Subcontracting time to the tennis pro

I am a owner of a small 7 court indoor tennis facility. I now have tennis
pros who would like to subcontract out court time for their lessons. In
addition we have our own full time staff and programs. I was curious if
either pros or club owners have had any experience with this type of
arrangement. Thanks
