Michael, I have found that a lot of the bigger racquet or ball suppliers
are willing to help out in this respect. They put your name and also
their logo on the shirt.

Otherwise most shopping centres have a place that will place an image on a
t-shirt that you either supply or that they supply for you. Most
photography shops will do this too.
