As a follow-up to a panel I moderated at the Fl.USPTA conference on "Problems
and Solutions to Running an Effective Tennis Facility," I am looking for
ideas and tips from tennis directors for an article I will be writing.
Particular areas of interest include: hiring and maintaining staff,
maintaining good client/member relations and stress/lifestyle management.
