I worked for a couple of national associations for quite a few years, during
which time I put together many training and periodisation plans.

Just this week, I have started a new website for tennis coaches called
Snoooz. In it you will find a "teaching tools" section. Within this section
there are many sample files (in Word format) ready for downloading,
including a couple of sample training/periodisation plans.

Soon we will add more files to this download area. If you have any questions
