[tennisbiz] Youth program progress report

We would like some form of =B3progress report=B2 that we can send home to
parents regarding the progress of their son or daughter in our youth tennis
programs. This would be for beginners to advanced students. It should be
encouraging, yet truthful, regarding their progress, and it should give the
parent encouragement that their money is being well spent. Hopefully, the
parents will want to encourage their son or daughter to keep up the good
work and to stay in the program
(in spite of the many other options a child has).

If anyone has already prepared something like this, it would be greatly
appreciated if they would share it with us. Let=B9s keep tennis going!!!!
