A fun thing to do on a demo day is to play a one point tournament. It can
be done on one court if you don't have too many people. This is great at
the end of an event. You can have the winner be the first to go get a prize
and work your way down to the first loser.

I would suggest doing this after some drills or after you do a prize court
and give the winner a grand prize.
