Re: insurance, I would first contact the USPTA or PTR as they have excellent
insurance programs. I would also find out from the City you work in what
coverage you need from THEIR attorneys. However, be aware that having
insurance does not mean you cannot be caught in a liability lawsuit. Winning
or losing depends on what happened. Finally, having people sign a release
also does not mean they cannot file a lawsuit. Personally, I would consult
first with local experts in the field of liability.
