[tennisbiz] Fairness to vendors

Our tennis facility has a private vendor who is
contracted to do the food & beverage operation.

Sometimes, a group rents courts for a tournament and
wants to bring donated or sponsored food for the
players only, such as bottled Gatorade, fruit, etc.

Does any one have any regulations they current follow,
or have any suggestions about how to handle this.

I want to be fair to the renter, and to the f&b
operator.
