I have been in the same predicament. getting a patent is a lengthy, costly
process. It could cost you anywhere from $10-15000. What you could do is
make an initial application. This would give you a year where you would have
priority on the idea, worldwide. You could then market your product and if
it seems worthwhile, take the next step. That is what I am doing with my
ILS=Induced Learning Systems for tennis and golf. My website would be up
