Hi Chuck,
The US Professional Stringing Assn. maintains such a data base. You may not
need it because recommended tension for almost all rackets is shown on the
inside of the racket throat.
Remember that recommended string tension is expressed in a range (e.g.,
55-65). Your preference is the deciding factor. If you like a stiffer feel
or more control, have it strung nearer to the top of the recommended range.
If you have a tendonitus (tennis elbow) problem or want more power, have it
strung nearer to the bottom of the recommended tension. If you don't like
the way the racket performs, talk personally to the stringer and follow his
or her recommendations.
