The best source for buying used balls (and selling them) is Camp
Supply at campsupply_at_taconic.net - they have thousands of used
tennis balls for sale, and they buy them from clubs around the
country.

Our club sells used balls at $20 for a box of 100. We donate the
money we raise to the Rotterdam Tennis Association, which is a
local Community Tennis Association.
