Hi,RE -ball toss ,i get my students to think STATUE OF LIBERTY when they
"push" the ball up.One it relaxes them ie the image and 2 it has sound
foundations as a metaphor.Sometimes i also get them to draw a magic circle
and place the ball there.Just some more ideas.
