Our New England section used the dynamic NTRP ratings. They worked great.
We had a captains meeting the other day and a women from the New England
office came to the meeting. She said everyone was pleased with them. The
verifiers at the NE sectionals verified the dynamic NTRP ratings and said
they worked. DOWN the road they want to see if they can separate singles
from doubles. But they have to get all states up and running first.
