The new ratings for Texas will be out in a day or two - so we will see how
much tournemanrt play will affect those players. Once this program is started
I think it will be fantastic - the ability to go back up to five years for a
players rating will be very beneficial. Once it is going it should also
"level out" the playing field. The biggest fear people have is the fear of
being bumped but as long as you are not playing out of level you shouldn't
get bumped.
