[tennisbiz] Doubles Challenge Ladders

I am in search of an effective tennis ladder for doubles players. I have
several adult men's and women's teams at the club on different levels, and
entry is currently gained by self rating and open sign-ups. Does anyone out
there have a useful ladder system whereby players move up and down the
ladder without a set partner? I know singles ladders work well, but how do
you determine movement of an individual within a doubles framework?

Any and all ideas welcome!
