[tennisbiz] Pro Shop Leasing

I am looking for some information from owners of retail operations who
have leased or are currently leasing a Pro Shop from a Racquet Club. I
am interested in what type of fees or percentages you are paying. How
have you worked out demo racquets plus are you paying the in-house pros
a percentage for each racquet they help you sell? Additionally if
someone in-house is doing some stringing for you how much are you
paying?
