[tennisbiz] Exhibition of tennis portraits - this weekend in NYC

June Harrison, a New York-based, 30-year tennis photographer is showing a
collection of action portraits featuring the great players of the game at
the Architectural Digest Home Show - this weekend - March 12-13-14.

While the balance of the exhibit is glamorous and exotic world travel and
leisure lifestyle images for home, kitchen, office and health club d‚cor,
the portraits should get the general public buzzing.

Included are Borg, King, Evert, Sampras, Agassi, Roddick, Navratilova,
Kournikova, Chang, Connors, Courier, McEnroe, Lendl, Capriati, Seles,
Hewitt, Blake, Kuerten, Pierce, Hingis, Venus & Serena...

June's photos are in the galleries and permanent collection of the
International Tennis Hall of Fame and Museum in Newport RI. She is the
co-author with Peter Bodo of "Inside Tennis: A Season on the Pro Tour"
(Dell, 1979) and she appeared as herself in the Canon Camera Commercial with
John Newcombe. Her work has appeared on the covers of Tennis Magazine,
Tennis Match, World Tennis, Tennis USA, US Open Programs and American
Express Ad Campaign featuring Billie Jean King, Bjorn Borg and Michael
Chang.

She is currently working on a photo memoir called "Captions from the Court"
