[tennisbiz] Re: Coach performance review

A number of people have written in to the message posting address
asking for a copy of the form that Richard Katz mentioned he uses for
on court performance reviews. These requests won't reach Richard
unless they are sent to him directly... his email is
Nstennis1_at_aol.com . Perhaps he will also be willing to forward a copy
of his review form in text format to the list so that I can post it
for everyone?
