Cliff,

Regarding the on court evaluation sheet that has been discussed...
The sheet is a form I developed while I was at a large multi-purpose facility
in the North east. It covers what my minimum expectations are for my
assistants. As a tool it is a good means of gauging a new instructors on court
performance and for conveying what I think a tennis instructor should accomplish
during a lesson. It is by no means complete. There are many intangible
qualities to a great teacher that this form can't measure.

I hope it helps. I would be interested in hearing any additions or changes
that people might have.
