[tennisbiz] Operation Spec.

Dear All

In the world of, let's make a quick buck, this is a bit of a cheek but I am
writing a complete set of standard operations for a small coach led
facility.. am about 3/4 way thru, with procedures and everything from how
you answer the phone, dress standards, equipment, to how you run a lesson..
does anyone have anything like this that they would be willing to share even
if it covers only certain aspects.. in return I will forward my complete
manual once finished to anyone who is willing to contribute something that
will make our life easier.. am trying to ensure that I cover every base?!

The mission is simple. Lay down a set of standards to help pros deliver a
highly professional service, with as few grey areas as possible!
