[tennisbiz] A question on Liability Insurance

I have Liability Insurance though the PTR. And now the community
where I will be teaching wants me to have Workers Comp added
to the certificate plus a change in the certificate holder box my
name is in it now, (makes sense) the_mangament _company is
telling it should read PTR.
