I can't say I've seen anything either. The only thing I can say is that
there are certainly a lot less female coaches. However, any time of asked one of
them why they have given it up I get the same answer -- they want to settle
down and it's too much traveling.
I speak to a lot of parents of teenage girls who are frustrated that they
can't find female coaches to train and travel with their daughters. There is a
need for female coaches and they are harder to recruit and keep around. I
don't see this shortage to have anything to do with discrimination.
Is it too late to change the report subject? There are plenty of other
things in the tennis world that are controversial!!
