I certainly don't have 25 years of experience but I will say in my 7 years I
have noticed that most women or young ladies tend to be put with only the
younger kids. Not to say they don't like it but I think most Directors look
for girls to work with younger kids and a guy with good playing abilities to
work with the older/better kids. I think we would be kidding ourselves to
think there is no discrimination in the industry.
