[tennisbiz] Re: Gender discrimination in tennis coaching
Dear All:
I work with Peter Burwash International and we have
some very capable lady professionals in our company.
The ladies in our company are not discriminated at
all. The truth is some of this ladies are better than
a lot of professionals I've seen locally.
The problem is that sometimes coaches or teaching
professional's capacitation is measured by how good of
a player they are. In reality any coach who has a 4.0
NRTP level or more is more than capacitated to teach.
The important thing is that this "pros" or coaches
become students of the game and take courses and
certifications with the different tennis
professional's associations, no matter if they're a
man or a woman.
Kind Regards,
Miguel
