you might want to take a look at www.classicturf.org and its classic cushion
portable roll-up surface. It's been in use at Millbrook School in New York
State for a few years. After hockey season, the surface is rolled out over the
rink for indoor tennis on four courts. when not in use, they're easily rolled
onto custom-made racks on casters that are rolled against the wall and out of
the way.

I've seen the surface and it's great--cushioned so it's easy on the body,
long-lasting and crack-resistant (you should talk to Tumer Eren, the creator of
the surface--203-263-0800--and he can give you details about longevity, etc.),
fairly easy to handle, roll out and roll up.
