While a lot depends on how you have your business set up, allowing
an outside pro work at your club can be very problematic.

A pro may rent court time, but they will do little to grow your
business. In fact, come Spring time, they will probably take some of
your business outside with them.

ON the other hand, your club pros support you, or at least should. If
they do, then you need to support them in turn.

If your own pros don't help develop your business, then you are
hiring the wrong pros.
