[tennisbiz] Leasing tennis courts

I am in discussion with my lease - 20 courts.

Does anyone have expertise in leasing all the courts and then leasing courts
back to the lessor for particular events eg regular league /
interclub,tournaments run by the lessor.

I'm looking for a formula which will provide for both parties as I could
imagine it could be confusing.
