[tennisbiz2] Selling E Mail List to a Club

I run an outdoor tennis facility.

One of the nearby clubs wants us to e mail a message
to our patrons about using their bubbled courts in the
winter

If I were to allow this, what price/fee should I
charge the indoor club for use of my e mail list. The
e mail would be sent by me.

Would welcome any thoughts.
