[tennisbiz2] Liability & Safety procedures

Dear All
   
  I was wondering if anyone would have information on policies and procedures in
liability and safety of tennis facilities.
  Things like:
  - how a tennis pro should handle someone having an accident (such as slipping
on a ball or getting hit by a ball in the eye, etc) whilst having a lesson.
  - tennis players who insist on playing on wet/slippery courts
  - what other common situations does a pro need to be aware of which could lead
 to a liability case
  - how does a pro best protect himself from a possible liability? Is there a set
procedure that is all-encompassing?
   
  Are there any websites that have that kind of information?
