Yes, this has been done and was a staple of teaching for a while -

In Perth (West Aust) Arthur Marshall introduced this concept in the 70's and
had upwards of 100 adults in his clinics at East Fremantle Tennis Club.

He had music and all levels of players "swinging the perfect swing".

Arthur, along with Bruce Robinson and Rob Kilderry was one of the tennis
pioneers in West Australia and went on to become a respected politician.
