There is an association for tennis court and track (and field) builders that's
located in Maryland. I think they are headquartered in Baltimore. I'm sorry I
cannot remember its name; however, you might want to do an Internet
search using these terms and see what comes up. You can also try
Mid-Atlantic Tennis, Inc., and Lee Tennis. Both are in Virginia. Hope this helps.
