Covering outdoors courts with balloon construction (for the winter season)

Hello everybody,

My name is Vladimir, and i'm from Bulgaria. I'm working as a
full time tennis coach in my home town PLovdiv and our tennis club needs to
cover two outdoor courts (red clay surface) with balloon construction for the
winter season. If anyone of you can offer me some information (it will be
good if the balloon construction is second hand), or direct me to some
Internet sites where i can find something about it, please contact me. I'll be
