  great that you should thoughtfully use the internet to poll, and factor conditions
around the tennis community for weather/ court surface and total space (audience/
specatator/number of courts etc.) to be covered.
   
  for intercolligate athletics many of the local courts here (central midwestern united
states) use temporary covers during hot summers/ wet rainy outdoors facilities.
   
  there are several american companies that install as well as those that will simply
ship the bubble/balloon cover.
