Creating Diversity in a tennis club

 I will be managing a tennis club that is operating in a city park.
Right now, this is, without intent, an all white club with the
possible exception of 2 or 3 people.

I would like to change that and reach out to all populations. The cost
of our membership is relatively small (under $175 for the summer and
no additional court fees), and I believe that we can add a lot of new
people to our membership if we can reach them.

Is there anyone out there who has dealt with similar issues? If so, do
you have any ideas as to how to approach this problem?
