Bob,
Most windscreen from my experience is unrepairable. To test whether you can
salvage any parts of your windscreens, take a scissors and cut a piece off.
If, you can unravel the threads, you need new screen material. From the
sound of it, you can go with roll material, which is much less expensive
than custom made screen.
