Clay vs. Hard Court

Hi,
We currently have hard courts at our community tennis center. We are
getting ready to redo the courts due to cracking and general wear and
tear. There is a group of players who would like us to put in clay courts.
It is my responsibility to research the feasability of doing so. Could
anyone direct me to a website or offer their own information on the cost
of installation and upkeep of clay courts as well as their durability? I will
need to make a presentation to our committee on my findings.
