From: "jb" <jburchick_at_laughlin.net>
My uncle was out with his metal detector in Virginia and
found a gold medal. On the back is inscribed Mens Singles
Championship Match WINNER. On the front is Bay View 1925, with
a man about to serve.
I have tried to locate a Bay View tennis club, but have been
unsuccessful so far. Could you please provide some information
regarding this club? I would like to return the medal to the
rightful owner, or a family member if possible.
Thank you.
Jeff
Does anyone have any idea how to help Jeff?
Thanks!

There are so many young people in our own country that want to play
tennis, but cannot afford the sport. Why are we concentrating our
efforts on other countries when our own children are not benefiting? I
live in the northern states, and indoor tennis is very expensive.
