[tennisbiz] Starting a Tennis Facility

  I am in the investigational stages of starting a Tennis facility.

  I was wondering if anyone one out there who currently own or runs a
club would be willing to help me out with a few questions.

Specifically I am looking for information on monthly costs of things
like

Insurance
Heating
Lighting

The club would be an indoor 4 court facility in the NW.
I am just looking for general information so that I can justify to
myself and others that this is a feasible business venture.

Any help someone could pass on would be greatly appreciated.
