simple and very efficient way to arrive quicky at a regular tossing:

Think. Just think, since the the moment you take the ball, while you raise
your arm until you have up there, where you want it to be.
Right-handed begginers will probably want it to be a little bit to the right
side (1 oclock) as some you wrote, others will like to have it at the top
of their head or to the left, but, in any case, just concentrate on the
wished height and position of the ball .
It will be there, with impressive regularity.
And if it wont , it is certainly because something else has distracted you.
Just think, until the instant you have to switch your thinking to the
trajectory of the serve.
But that is another subject.
